Within micro-seconds of my son’s birth, those wise theories were trashed to be replaced by our own (of course that’s me and the wise husband) concoctions of parenting. We grappled, drowned, came scoffing up for a breath of air and just about killed each other. What emerged was an attempt to chronicle the adventures of our parenting lives.
Currently, the minutes of my day are filled with doing the things I enjoy with the people I enjoy being around (mostly kids and their dad), intermingled with copious amounts of laundry, dirty dishes & everything else that goes with having 2 children.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”2146″ img_size=”large” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I have used this blog as an outlet for the noise that clutters my mind (yes moms nod your heads) and everything that I would want to sit back in my old age and reminisce over.
This blog has come a long way since May 2015. I’ve met some fantastic people along the way, done some reviews, taken up some sponsor blogs (bills you see…insert also, rolling eyes). Since I haven’t been able to establish a business in movies, I’m attempting appearing in front of the camera via Video Blogging (un-fulfilled dreams or something).
I would’ve never imagine that my chaotic scribbles and my love for writing about my family, the mundane ins and outs of just BEING would bring this blog to be good and rich!
All I can say is I’m humbled.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]

Before I became a mom I had dedicated myself to being an Educator. As a teacher I always counselled parents on the battles that went on in their lives as mothers. Once a mother, these battles raged within me. Having said this, I also sensed that mothers around me are always in conflict within themselves.
